Thinning bones and shrinking fat cells cause skin to sag. Keep bones strong with calcium supplements. Also moderate exercise will pump blood and it's nutrients back into hands and feet. Production of collagen and elastin proteins that make skin supple also slows with age. Oral vitamin C protects these component.

As you can see I have Highlighted Manicure twice! Manicure done by Professionals is really important and helps in hand and Nail grooming :) So after every 14-17 days pamper your hands & nails with a nice Manicure :)
Home-made Hands Exfoliater:
Mix 1 teaspoon sugar with 2 teaspoons oil. Any unused cooking oil will do. Rub well into hands for a minute or two. Wash in warm water using a mild soap.
Tip for Dry Hands:
If you have dry skin on your hands then wash with soap then wet hands again. Pour salt on them then scrub under water. Dry hands then put lotion them.
Give some Exercise to Fingers and Hands:
To stimulate the proper blood circulation, with the help of palm, massage the back of hand the fingers by stretching them and giving a normal calisthenics to them. Hand exercise not only stimulates proper circulation, it also helps in maintaining the perfect shape of hand and fingers. Do not reapply too much nail polish remover. The agents present in removers can discolor the nails and can often make them fragile.
These are my favorite ones if I have to pamper my hands at home. Hands very often are treated roughly. People treat them badly while washing clothes, dishes, scrubbing floors and working in the garden. Hands are so beautiful and important but one probably feels no need of taking care of them. One must take proper care of the hands. Hands are the most noticeable part of the body. One must give proper attention to them as one gives to the face.
So I hope you will take good care of your hands from no onwards :)
Stay Beautiful ;)
