Follow the 3 Basic Step

Cleansing, Toning & Moisturizing your face twice a day. If you have a busy lifestyle at least once a day in the morning. But if you are someone who loves to wear makeup then DO NOT sleep with makeup on!! Make sure you cleanse and moisturize your face at night. If you are someone who wear light makeup and lazy to do the 3 steps, keep the facial wet or makeup removing tissues handy, they do the job pretty good.

Step 1: Cleansing will help remove all the excess oil and dirt leaving it fresh and oil free.

Step 2: Toning will help soothing your skin, help minimize your open pores, also absorb any excess oil. At the same its toning your face.

Step 3: Moisturizing will help to attract moisture and to protect the skin on your face by forming a barrier that holds in the water that's already there. By using a moisturizer, you can stop your skin from losing its hydration.

Natural Exfoliation

This is Best for all skin types but more beneficial for Combination to Oily and ACNE prone skin. With three simple ingredients you can make a scrub for yourself.

Oatmeal, Yogurt & Honey

In a bowl add finely ground Oatmeal, Yogurt and few drops of Honey. Mix them well and apply on your face. Leave it to dry. Once its dried try scrubbing it off with little water in a circulation motion. Be very gentle in doing this step. Concentrate more areas where you feel there is more congestion or your oily areas.

Benefits of Each:
  • The oatmeal is no less than the primary ingredient that is doing all the oil-removal and absorption function. By applying it to the skin, excessive oil is absorbed from the pores. The roughness also helps take away dead skin cells and somehow exfoliates the skin.
  • If you are wondering what the role of honey is, it is only added to make the mixture pasty. The stickiness of honey makes the oatmeal mask for acne adhering to the skin.
  • Yogurt contains lactic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid that helps to smooth rough, dry skin and prevent premature aging such as fine lines, wrinkles and age spots. It also has antibacterial properties which will clean your the surface bacteria of your face.

Now its totally your preference how you want your oatmeal to be, you can cook your oatmeal and dry before using or raw or microwave for few minutes.
Mix:
Depending on your skin condition, not more than 2T each ... while you making the mask you will have an idea how much you will require to cover your full face and neck. Until and unless you wana exfoliate your body too, you may take the whole of small yogurt cup and a semi bowl of oatmeal with few more drops of honey. These are natural mask, the best part is you can use as much as you want depending on the requirement of the skin. No side effects

One to two times a week, followed by Toner and Moisturizer!!
