How to give Instant volume to thin hairs
For giving instant volume to thin hairs here is what you can do :-
1. Shampoo and Condition your hairs ( leave the conditioner not less than 2 mins since u already have str8 thin hairs)
2. Apply heat serum ( very minimal and run thru ur hairs)
3. Blow drying is the key here. When blow drying, you’re going to want to hang your head upside down. Yes, it feels silly but it’s the easiest way to get the volume into your hair. Some people say that this isn’t the best way to get the volume but I have found it far more effective than using a roller brush to lift the hair while drying.
4. Apply anti frizz hair serum or if you still need more volume then hair spray is what is all you need to set it up!
Try looking for nice hair thickening shampoos or lotion. Avoid using cheap shampoos as they contain Sulfate alone which is harmful for hairs.

Tips and Method to take care of Dry/Weak/damaged and lifeless hairs:
Damaged or Frizzy hairs are nightmare if not taken proper care. So here are the tips to help you maintain your frizzy hairs.
1. Avoid coloring your hairs every now and then. Give min 6 and max 8 months gap!
2. Oil your hairs often.
3. Avoid brushes. There is a technique called finger brushing. Do not use a hair brush. Using a hair brush on thick hair and "frizzy" prone hair will cause split ends. Instead, use a hair pick when your hair is wet, then finger comb when your hair is dry. In the morning when you wake up, if you have "bed" hair, spritz your hair with water and finger comb it into place.
4. Hot oil massage or Deep conditioning twice in a week. This is a must! ( will tell u how to do in the end)
5. Shampoo twice a week
6. Apply conditioner and leave it for 5-7 mins. (only for really damaged hairs)
7. Use cold water coz it will lock the hairs at the end to keep the moisture intact.
8. Apply treatment ( if using any) for 15 mins and wash it off.
9. Apply hair mask once a week and leave it for 10 mins.
10. Apply heat serum b4 blow drying your hairs ( natural air drying advisable) ( Kerastase brand is good) Apply very lil on the finger and then run down the fingers thru ur hairs, NOT SCALP.
11. Avoid blow drying as a whole. This is will only mess up more. Make separation by clips and go section wise just like hair str8nin process. This is will take time in the beg but this is the ONLY way to deal with it.
12. Apply hair serum ( L'Oreal tecni.art Smooth Liss Control Plus is the best one and If you get any nice hair mousse its good too) Apply just like heat serum very very minimal coz even lil can be greasy!
13. You get morning set water spray in every stores you can keep that in ur purse and spray it after every 4 hrs esp when in the sun to keep in moisturized!
14, leave-in-conditioner has to be your best friend. Look for spray or lotion leave-in-conditioners which can be used on wet or dry hair. They can be used after a shampooing and conditioning or any time of the day you feel your hair just needs some moisture.
Saloon Care:
Hot oil massage is available in the salons but if you feel your wallet doesn't permits you to spend twice then go once in 2 weeks and still it doesn't allow then do this deep conditioning method at home:
Home Remedy:
Hair pick the mayonnaise into the hair, put a hot towel on it, and wrap plastic wrap around that (olive oil will work too). Let it set for 15 to 20 minutes. The hot towel wrapped in plastic wrap helps the oils to penetrate your hair. Mite not like the smell but this is the best tip from the kitchen! Since hair is dead protein, if there is breakage it needs additional protein to help strengthen it. So you may also add on egg. But taz optional!
Understanding Hair products:
The only reason I have given detailed info coz many don't understand the diff bw hair serums, conditioners, heat serums, hair mask etc they think its the same but NO its not the same! They have their own properties to treat hairs. You may leave any of the step in case you feel its too much but avoid saying "If I have conditioner on why should I apply mousse or heat or hair serums"! No one will really guide with such detailed info so I would request everyone facing probs with damaged/dry frizzy hairs to understand those tips and follow them. Insha Allah you will see the results and also eat healthy!
Hope the tips help you in maintaining your frizzy hairs :)

Hair Care in Summer
Skin is not only the things that is affected by the harsh heat of the sun during Summer. Hair Care becomes a worrisome factor for both men and women as the heat of summer increases. The major causes are the unremovable dust, growing dandruff, drying scalp and the heat all over your head. There is no wonder that you may even consider shaving your hair. Conversely, try some of these beauty tips and keep your head and hair cool during summer.- Dust gets attached to your hair each time you go out. In that case tie a scarf around your hair to protect it.
- A regular head bath will free you from the accumulated dust in your hair.
- Comb your hair whenever possible to remove the dust in your hair as well as to keep it neat.
- The reduction of dust will automatically reduce the dandruff in your hair. However you can apply some herbal oils in your hair and wash it away with some natural shampoos.
- You can rub lemon on your scalp. This will wonderfully reduce the dandruff and automatically cool your head.
- The application of hair oils mixed with amla will naturally reduce the dandruff as well as cool the head.
- The drying scalp will get a rejuvenating experience if you can massage your head with some herbal oils. You have to this head massage only once in a week.
- Avoid using shampoos with high chemical quantity, as they will dry your scalps.
- If you have long hair comb and tie it properly before going to bed.

- You can apply henna mixed with lemon juice and egg once in week. Let this cooling effect stay on your head for one hour and wash it away with cold water.
- Never use warm water to wash your head. At the same time avoid taking head bath in extremely cold water.
- Oiling hair regularly will prevent various hair problems.
- Trim the split-ends of the hair regularly.
- Do not over brush your hair.
- Brush your hair regularly with a good quality hairbrush/comb. Use a broad toothed comb brush on wet hair. Wash your brush or comb regularly with soap or shampoo.
- Avoid the use of other’s comb. Always clean your comb.
- Do not use very hot air for drying wet hair. Avoid over-exposure to the sun.
- If you color your hair, try to organic dyes such as henna(mehndi)or coffee and avoid non-organic dyes like peroxides.
- Prevent static electricity when you shampoo by applying a rinse out hair conditioner that instantly adds moisture and shine. If your hair is fine or thin, you may wish to skip the rinse out conditioning step and apply a "leave-in" conditioner instead.
- If you normally use hot hair tools (blow dryers, hot irons, electric curlers) every day, try and give your hair a break during the summer months. Consider letting your air dry. Take a break from hot curling.
- Jojoba oil applied to the ends of your strands will help soften them. Jojoba oil also works wonders on frizzy hair. Jojoba oil can also be utilized as a pre-shampoo treatment or applied to dry strands for protection during the day.
- For extra conditioning treatment apply a deep conditioner to damp or dry tresses, wrap in plastic wrap or a shower cap just before bedtime. Allow the deep conditioner to soak into damaged hair sections overnight for extra repair and re-moisturizing benefits.
- When you find yourself out in the sun, at the beach or at the pool without pre-planning, reach for a hat to cover delicate strands. If a hat won't do, great the next best thing which is the sunscreen.
Slather a regular SPF product on your tresses making sure to concentrate the product onto your scalp as well as your tresses. Although not a perfect solution, it will help save your tresses from major sun damage. - If you are wedded to your blow dryer, use a leave- in conditioner designed to protect your hair when blow drying.
- When the summer heat is hottest contain potential frizzies by wearing your hair up in a knot, bun or braids.
- Be careful using shine products to control frizzies. They often contain silicone and can coat your hair after just a few times. This will only make the problems worse in the long run.
- Wash your hair less often during summer months to allow your tresses to absorb maximum moisture. When possible, finish with a cool to cold rinse to seal the hair cuticle and impart natural shimmer and shine.

Proper hair care can give you fabulous, shining, thick, beautiful, gorgeous, and dandruff free hair.

Recipes for Home Hair-Repair
Treatments for Your Tresses That Are Good Enough to EatIf your hair is suffering from a lack of luster, split ends or general malaise, don’t despair. The solution might be as close as your kitchen. Here are some of the top treatments people swear by when it comes to adding life to their locks.
Mayonnaise
Want to soften hair and leave it shiny? Then mayonnaise is the conditioning condiment for you. Comb just enough mayo through your hair to coat it lightly. Then leave on for 30 minutes before shampooing out per normal. For a deeper conditioning treatment, place a shower cap on top of your mayo-coated locks and leave on for longer (even overnight if you’re feeling extra dry). Other interesting uses? Next time you get gum stuck in your hair, rub Mayo in until the gum dissolves right out.
Vinegar
Used for centuries as health tonic, this tasty, tangy acid can help remove residue that dulls your hair. Add about a tablespoon of vinegar to your hair as you rinse it. And if you have an itchy scalp or dandruff, try massaging full-strength apple cider vinegar into your scalp before shampooing. In addition to adding shine to your hair, vinegar is also known for its skin healing properties.
Avocado
Talk about green goddess. Once you're through with this rich hair mask you'll be ready to take on the world. Combine an avocado, one egg yolk and a dash of olive oil and massage it through your hair. As with most of these treatments, leave on for at least 30 minutes. Then shampoo, rinse and condition as normal. And remember, even if an avocado is past its prime for your salad, you can still use it on your hair so it doesn't go to waste.
Eggs
Finally! A way to benefit from eggs' natural proteins without the cholesterol! Crack a few eggs and beat together in bowl. After shampooing, massage through your hair and leave on before rinsing out thoroughly. This treatment should help repair or strengthen your hair follicles -- leading to silkier locks with good body. Alternate ideas include whisking one egg yolk together with a dash of olive oil and 3/4 cups warm water.
So now that you've got the recipe for beautiful hair! cheers ;)
